Home care should feel chosen, not settled for.
This is the Lavior House home product line. Made for the home you actually want to come back to.
We make plant based, USDA Organic products across the home, from laundry to linen sprays, candles to care rituals, for people who expect more from what they bring into their home. No shortcuts, no synthetic fillers dressed up in beautiful packaging. If it does not perform, it does not make the cut.
Our future Community and lifestyle spaces.
Lavior House is not a laundromat.
It is a neighborhood gathering place built around one of life's most ordinary rituals. A place todrop your laundry into the hands of people who care for it properly, order a good coffee, sit awhile, and feel like you belong to something. Underneath that experience sits a real business:three complementary revenue streams under one roof, a premium wash-and-fold service, an automated specialty coffee bar, and a branded line of plant-based home-care products sold in-store, wholesale, and online. The name comes from the French lavoir , the village wash house where the community once gathered. That is exactly what we are rebuilding for the modern urban renter: clean, warm, beautifully designed, and a place people are glad to be.
What makes it defensible. The laundry category competes on price and location and fails on one thing: trust. People don't complain that laundry costs too much; they complain their clothes were mixed with a stranger's, the machines were dirty, the service careless. Lavior competes on trust instead. Every order is washed alone and returned by hand, backed by a simple guarantee. That promise turns a one-time errand into a membership, and a membership into recurring, predictable revenue with real switching costs, the thing a discount laundromat structurally cannot build. The coffee bar and retail line lift the margin on every visit and make the space a destination, while the brand itself is the asset that scales, into new neighborhoods and eventually beyond the four walls.
